When Will We Learn?

It's amazing how history continues to repeat itself- because people keep making the same mistakes! Apparently we didn't learn anything from Columbine (or at least Virginia Tech hasn't) since they spent 0 money on any kind of security cameras which may have alerted someone of the gunman making his way across campus on an out-of-control rampage! People are going to be asking some serious questions as to why exactly, the campus was not on complete lock-down when they knew a gunman was at large. I can't get over how devastating this kind of news is to me. I truly care about the welfare of good people and it's important for all of us to realize only our voices can create change.
